Hunting Era ships across India with free shipping on all orders.

1. Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders across India.
  • A COD handling fee of ₹[AMOUNT] may apply, if shown at checkout. (Delete this line if you don't charge a COD fee.)

2. Dispatch time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within [DISPATCH DAYS] working days of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive seasons or high demand, dispatch may take 1–2 extra days.

3. Delivery time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, courier delays or other events outside our control.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most PIN codes across India. Availability is shown at checkout.
  • We may call or message you to confirm your COD order before dispatch.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us at [WHATSAPP / PHONE] for an update.

6. Address and delivery attempts

  • Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
  • The courier will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched.

7. Damaged package

If the package looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at [EMAIL] or [WHATSAPP / PHONE].
